Bought over the web and couldn't download, in the game store the song was not tagged as bought so I hit the "buy" key and I bought it again.
I have 2 emails confirming that I bought it 2x. Found this in the answers section. It helped me get three of the five songs I was missing. I purchased songs, using my PS4, why are they not showing up on my music library? If you did not push the download option there you have to go to the PSN menu and once you are hovering over the game to start it go down until you see my add ons.
